The prostate gland is the central section of a male's reproductive system. It secretes fluids that help the transportation and activation of sperm. The men's prostate is found just before the rectum, below the bladder and all around the urethra. Prostate infection, also known as prostatitis, is easily the most common prostate-related overuse injury in men younger than 55 years old. Chronic bacterial prostatitis is often a condition associated with a particular defect in the gland along with the persistence presence of bacteria within the urinary tract. It can be a result of trauma towards the urinary tract or by infections received from other parts in the body. A patient may go through testicular pain, lower back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it can be treated by removal in the prostate defect then the utilization antibiotics and NSAIDs to help remedy the inflammation.

Non-bacterial prostatitis is the reason for approximately 90% of prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not yet to ascertain what causes these conditions. Some researchers believe that chronic non-bacterial prostatitis occur as a result of unknown infectious agents while other believe that intensive exercise and high lifting can cause these infections.

Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

To prevent prostate diseases, a proper weight loss program is important. These are some from the actions to maintain your prostate healthy.

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is important for health and wellness and this will also keep your urinary track clean.

2. Some studies declare that a few ejaculations per week will assist to prevent prostate cancer.

3. Eat steak moderately. It has been shown that consuming over four meals of beef per week will heighten the probability of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain an effective diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to make certain sufficient intake of nutrients necessary for prostate health.

The most important measure to look at to ensure a healthy prostate would be to select regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years old and above, you should go for prostate examination at least once a year.

Utilizando uC você pode utilizar linguagem C, Assembly, Basic ou Pascal. No CLP há mais 5 linguagens, porém a mais habitual é a Ladder! Assim vai de cada Projetista!
